In recent years, there has been a considerable number of people moving to Hong Kong daily from the Mainland. The majority of these new arrivals need assistance in their adaptation to the local community. With this demand in view, we set up the Education and Retraining Information Network for New Arrivals (ERINNA) in 1997. This timely service provides latest information on education and retraining opportunities, and a referral service so as to help the new arrivals better adjust to the new environment.
