Sports and Fitness (Course Code 31)
 
This course introduces the fundamentals of sports and fitness training in both theoretical and practical aspects. Experiential learning in the form of research and workplace visits is emphasized to enhance students' understanding and knowledge.

Prospect:
This course pr epares students to be trainers in the sport s and fitness industry. It helps them to develop their perspectives, potentials, knowledge and techniques necessary for joining the profession.
 
Upon successful completion of the course, students may further their studies in a wide range of programmes in the areas of sports, health care, leisure management, physical education and coaching of various kinds of sports.
