Modeling and Personal Image (Course Code 34)

This course provides students with a comprehensive training on professional modeling and personal image management, by means of which they will be able to develop and project self-confidence. Students will have to set up a personal style portfolio and handle various image management projects.

Course outline:
	The modeling industry and the profession of image consultancy
	Basic principles of health and nutrition for body shape management
	Basic naturopathic skin care and make up
	Hairstyling, fashion & style, and grooming
	Personal style portfolio and self-image management
	Current issues and further development of modeling and image consultancy service industry

Prospect:

This course prepares students to be a professional model or hair stylist. It also facilitates them to advance themselves in the image consultancy or related professions.

Upon successful completion of the course, students can continue their studies in the “Certificate in Cosmetology “or “Diploma in Cosmetology” offered by Caritas Community & Higher Education Service.

Students also can study the training programme accredited by ASSOCIATION OF IMAGE CONSULTANTS, INTERNATIONAL (AICI) which is qualified to award Continuing Education Units (CEU's) for image consultants. The CEU is an internationally recognized education credit.

Both The Image de Monde Group and its Alliance such as TRIO Hair & Makeup Impacts are willing to provide part-time or full-time employment opportunities for graduates of the above programs.
