To best partner with the Government in the cause of developing a more diversified higher education structure in order for Hong Kong to move towards a knowledge-based economy, we endeavour to develop Associate Degree programme, in the areas of Bilingual Business Communication, Science in Information Systems, Business Administration in Tourism and Marketing Management, Business Administration in Financial Studies, Business, Design and Hospitality Management, which emphasizes a combination of broad-based education and practical specialism, and prepares students for further study, work, leisure and active citizenship.

It also aims to help students cultivate a spirit of lifelong learning and develop an ability to learn how to learn. The Associate Degree serves as a valuable qualification for continuing education and employment at the associate-professional level. The programme has undergone a rigorous validation exercise undertaken by the Hong Kong Council of Academic Accreditation.
