The founding of Francis Hsu College in 1985, grounded in both professional and altruistic principles, heralds Caritas’ commitment to Hong Kong’s tertiary education. It is our conviction that tertiary education serves not only to provide students with specialized knowledge, but also to help them develop skills in critical and analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication, leading ultimately to a holistic development of their personalities.

The College with the recommendation by the Hong Kong Council of Academic Accreditation after a rigorous validation exercise registered as a post secondary institution in 2001. We are currently offering four Higher Diploma programmes in the areas of Accounting Studies, Corporate Management, Computer Studies, and Translation and Interpretation.
