Three Taster Programmes of our NSS ApL courses—Fundamental Cosmetology (FC), Health Care Practice (HCP) and Automotive Technology (AT)—have been receiving overwhelming support from secondary schools throughout the territory. The number of applications received for these programmes has greatly exceeded our expectation. The latest figures (as at 29 October 2009) indicate that applicants number at least 1,037 (from 125 schools), 327 (from 81 schools) and 261 (from 67 schools) for FC, HCP and AT respectively.
